Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that align with business and IT objectives. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, define platform architecture, ensure best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture.
• Lead the implementation and customization of ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Define technical standards, governance, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Guide development teams through solution design, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend platform improvements.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management.
• Develop and maintain technical architecture documentation and solution designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers and administrators.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.
• Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow data modeling, CMDB, and platform governance.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, or App Engine.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) and enterprise security concepts.
• Experience with performance optimization and platform health assessments.
