Candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship both now and in the future.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to provide architecture leadership for our Salesforce ecosystem, with a primary focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Service Cloud. This role will define the organization-level solution direction, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with technology strategy. You will partner with business leaders and technical teams to shape the future of our Salesforce platform. This is a senior individual contributor role that balances strategic vision with hands-on technical guidance, including code reviews and proof-of-concept development.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce-enabled capabilities across FSC and Service Cloud.
- Translate business objectives into scalable designs across application, integration, data, and security domains.
- Define integration strategies between Salesforce and core enterprise systems using MuleSoft, API-led patterns, and event-driven architecture.
- Guide architectural decisions involving Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) and evaluate the impact of new capabilities like Agentforce.
- Conduct solution-level architecture reviews and mentor System Architects and technical leads.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide architectural options, tradeoff analysis, and risk assessments.
- Perform code reviews and build sandbox proofs-of-concept when necessary.
- Identify and drive the reduction of technology debt within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Required QualificationsExperience:- Minimum of 12 years of IT architecture and development experience.
- Proven experience as a System Architect on complex multi-subsystem solution delivery teams.
- Background in development with an understanding of code review and design principles.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud or a strong financial services background combined with Service Cloud expertise.
Technical Skills:- Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Expertise in computer programming languages and architecture/design tools.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft, API-led integration, and event-driven architecture (Platform Events, CDC).
- Familiarity with data modeling, governance, and security architecture in regulated environments.
Professional Skills:- Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate with business and IT partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence the work of team members in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Agentforce and AI-enabled customer engagement capabilities.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
- General knowledge of AI/ML concepts and enterprise AI governance.
