About the Role

We are seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to support complex, multi-site program objectives. This role focuses on developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated program schedules to ensure alignment with mission requirements, cost targets, and delivery timelines. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable schedule insights and drive program success.

What You'll Do

Support the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across multiple program locations

Contribute to proposal schedule development, including Statement of Work (SOW) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) support

Analyze schedule performance and identify potential risks, impacts, and critical events affecting cost and delivery

Apply Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques for schedule development and network analysis

Provide timely updates and recommendations to Program Management on potential contractual or schedule impacts

Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment

Prepare and deliver status reports, dashboards, metrics, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders

Support development and application of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles

Interface with engineering, procurement, contracts, production, and business management teams

Contribute to ongoing process improvements and additional program planning activities as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

5+ years of experience in program planning, scheduling, cost management, or related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience integrating cost and schedule data

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, programs, or teams

Ability to effectively communicate insights and deliver presentations to leadership and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working across technical teams with the ability to understand complex products or systems

Experience with risk and opportunity analysis in a program environment

Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Deltek Open Plan and Milestones Professional

Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) concepts and implementation

Experience with IPMDAR reporting and program performance tracking

Knowledge of capture, research & development, and production scheduling processes

Experience supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Development (EMD) programs
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and in team environments
