Summary

Join our team as a Product Manager and lead an exciting provider finder project for an insurance client. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support the delivery of the product backlog in collaboration with scrum and related product teams.
  • Lead sprint planning and coordinate backlog refinement activities.
  • Facilitate communication regarding product vision, priorities, and progress with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful business outcomes.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and document project strategies and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both client and internal team members.
  • Drive the product roadmap and define project vision for complex initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.
Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in eCommerce, marketing, or consulting.
  • Strong foundation in product management methodologies, with familiarity in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in project execution.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance sectors, particularly with provider finder projects.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms like Adobe, Drupal, Magento, or Shopify.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in a digital agency setting is a plus.
