Job Location: This role can be remote, although preference will be given to resources in Milwaukee, WI, State College, PA, and Montreal, ON.
Role Overview:
The Celigo Integration Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting integrations between Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP using Celigo. This role partners with IT, Sales, Operations, and external implementation partners to automate data flows, improve data accuracy, reduce manual handoffs, and support reliable quote-to-invoice and customer data processes across CRM and ERP platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support Celigo integration flows between Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP
Translate business requirements into integration designs, including source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, field-level logic, dependencies, data ownership, and exception handling.
Build and maintain integrations for key business objects and processes, including accounts, contacts, sales orders, items/products, pricing, invoices, shipments, and related status updates as required.
Configure Celigo connectors, imports, exports, lookups, mappings, filters, hooks, schedules, error handling, notifications, and orchestration flows.
Develop custom logic using JavaScript or Celigo-supported scripting where standard configuration does not meet business or technical requirements.
Partner with Salesforce, Business Central, Finance, Sales Operations, and IT stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve data issues, and ensure integration designs align with business processes.
Create and execute unit, system integration, and regression testing plans; document test results, defects, remediation actions, and deployment readiness.
Support implementation activities, including environment setup, data validation, cutover planning, production deployment, and hypercare.
Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot failed jobs, resolve integration errors, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain technical documentation, including flow diagrams, data mappings, runbooks, and support procedures
Provide knowledge transfer to internal IT resources to support long-term maintainability of the integration environment.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of integration design, development, testing, and production support experience
3+ years of hands-on Celigo integrator.io experience, including configuration of flows, mappings, lookups, imports, exports, transformations, error handling, and monitoring.
Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce CRM with Microsoft Business Central or another ERP platform
Strong understanding of Microsoft Business Central data structures and Salesforce objects, data model, APIs, security model, validation rules, automation impacts, and CRM business processes.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, webhooks, authentication methods, data transformation, and integration troubleshooting.
Ability to develop or modify JavaScript-based integration logic, scripts, or hooks within Celigo
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
