This is a pivotal role that combines functional analysis with hands-on development to optimize a robust D365 environment. You will serve as the technical bridge between business objectives and final delivery, focusing on post-sales, customer delivery, and field service workflows.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a core contributor to the revenue tech ecosystem, your role will involve:

  • Solution Design & Configuration: Partnering with the Senior Product Owner to turn business needs into functional specs and technical configurations, specifically within D365 CRM modules.

  • Platform Extension: Customizing and extending Field Service and Project Operations modules, including the creation of custom entities, business rules, and forms.

  • Automation & Integration: Leveraging the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse) to build scalable automations and enhance cross-departmental productivity.

  • Systems Connectivity: Maintaining and optimizing integration points between D365, Salesforce, and internal APIs to ensure data remains consistent and secure.

  • Full Lifecycle Support: Handling everything from troubleshooting production issues and implementing root-cause fixes to supporting UAT and user training.

  • Modern DevOps Practices: Utilizing CI/CD pipelines and GitHub to automate builds, testing, and deployments within an Agile framework.

Required Experience & Skills

This role requires a developer who is comfortable working independently and writing their own code.

  • Professional Background: 4+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 CRM Developer or Functional Analyst.

  • Coding Proficiency: Proven ability to develop Custom Plugins (Sync/Async), Custom Actions, and Workflows using C#.

  • Extensibility: Experience using JavaScript, C#, or Liquid templates for complex D365 scenarios.

  • Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of D365 Field Service is required; experience with Sales or Project Operations is a significant plus.

  • Methodology: Familiarity with Agile delivery, including sprint participation and user story grooming.
