Summary

Role: Test Program Manager / QE Transformation Lead
Location: Seattle, WA (4 days a week on-site is required)
Job Type: Contract

Required Experience:
  • 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing.
  • 5+ years of experience leading large testing programs.
  • Proven experience in discovery, due diligence, transition, and managed services engagements.
  • Experience building or managing a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
  • Strong experience in workforce planning, hiring, and vendor management.
  • Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with Healthcare Payer platforms and processes, including:
  • Facets
  • EDI transactions: 834, 835, 837
  • Claims
  • Enrollment
  • Billing
  • Provider Management
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Playwright
  • Azure DevOps
  • CI/CD
  • Modern Quality Engineering practices
