Description We are seeking a Software Developer with experience in 3D application development to help design, build, and enhance interactive solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with game engine technologies, 3D modeling workflows, and C++ development. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, real-time applications using Unreal Engine and Unity. This is an onsite position in Jacksonville, FL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive 3D applications, simulations, and visualization tools.
- Design, implement, and optimize software solutions using C++ and related technologies.
- Build and enhance applications within Unreal Engine and Unity environments.
- Integrate 3D assets, models, animations, and visual effects into production applications.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance for real-time applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software design discussions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and development processes.
- Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Requirements 1+ years of professional software development experience.
Experience with C++ programming.
Experience developing applications with Unreal Engine and/or Unity.
Understanding of 3D modeling concepts, asset pipelines, and rendering workflows.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
Experience working with source control tools such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
