Job Title – Recruiter
Location- Oklahoma City, OK
Contract Role- 13 Weeks

Onsite Role

Job Summary

·         Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and streamline the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

·         Collaborating with hiring managers to identify talent needs and clarify selection processes.

·         Sourcing, screening, and interviewing internal/external candidates via phone, in-person, or video.

·         Developing job offer recommendations based on experience ratings and internal equity.

·         Managing applicant data and status within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to ensure compliance.

·         Attending job fairs, conferences, and on-campus events to build a talent pipeline.

Required

·         Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

·         Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience; broad experience recruiting multiple skill sets is preferred.

·         Certification: Must have (or obtain within 12 months) one of the following: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR. (This can be completed prior to start)

·         Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with Workday or similar ATS is highly preferred.

·         Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high self-motivation, and the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions under pressure.
