Summary

Role Summary

The Product Owner for the Learning Management System (LMS) is responsible for the implementation and ongoing execution of a new learning platform supporting employees and contingent workers. This role partners closely with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to deliver a modern learner experience, manage data integrations, and ensure successful migration from the current system into the new platform

Required Knowledge and Skills

Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager supporting enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of LMS and LXP concepts and learner-centered design
Experience working with HR systems and integrations, including Workday
Familiarity with data migration and system-to-system data conversions
Working knowledge of AI technologies, particularly for content creation and learning solutions
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
