Qualifications
- Approximately 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments processing, money movement, or related financial services.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling payment-related products or features, ideally involving partner integrations or onboarding processes.
- Strong understanding of payment rails (e.g., ACH, cards, wires), compliance considerations, and money movement ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teams including Engineering, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex roadmaps in agile environments, using tools like Jira.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications a plus.
