Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the coordinated delivery of a company-wide brand transformation effort in Milford, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position will partner closely with brand leadership to build timelines, align stakeholders, and keep multiple workstreams moving forward with clear ownership and measurable progress. The ideal candidate brings strong structure, communication, and execution discipline to complex cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain an integrated project plan that outlines milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and ownership across the rebranding program
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure priorities are aligned, decisions are documented, and deliverables stay on schedule
Facilitate regular status meetings, provide progress updates to stakeholders, and escalate risks or roadblocks when needed
Establish clear accountability for each workstream and follow through on action items to support timely execution
Partner with the Head of Brand & Content to organize project activities, sequencing, and resource needs across the initiative
Track key project metrics, manage schedule changes, and adjust plans as business needs evolve
Support implementation activities tied to operational or process changes related to the rebranding effort when applicable
Promote consistent project management practices that improve visibility, communication, and delivery outcomes
Requirements
3+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Demonstrated knowledge of formal project management methods and delivery frameworks
Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple departments while maintaining timelines and accountability
Strong communication, organization, and meeting facilitation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks early, and drive resolution plans
PMP certification is preferred
Familiarity with Agile Scrum principles and their application in project delivery
