Job Title: Senior Salesforce Solution Architect Sales & Service Cloud

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead high-impact Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations for healthcare clients. In this dual-capacity role, you will serve as both the Solution Architect and Product Owner across complex payer and provider engagements. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end implementations from initial discovery through go-live, with an emphasis on clinical workflows, population health, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery

  • Lead cross-functional teams delivering end-to-end Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
  • Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for complex healthcare environments across payer and provider ecosystems.
  • Serve as both Solution Architect and Product Owner, bridging healthcare business needs and technical execution.
  • Translate complex workflows into functional user stories, technical designs, and prioritized product backlogs.
  • Manage implementation lifecycle from client discovery through deployment and go-live.

Healthcare Focus Areas

  • Optimize clinical processes within Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, including Care Management and Utilization Management.
  • Design population health strategies using Salesforce features to improve member tracking and patient outcomes.
  • Establish data governance frameworks to protect patient, member, and clinical data.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data interoperability requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience architecting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare payer and provider operations, including Care Management and Utilization Management.
  • Proven experience serving as both a Solution Architect and Product Owner.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex Salesforce implementations through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with data integration, data security, and regulatory compliance in a healthcare environment.

Preferred Certifications

  • Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
