Pay Rate: $80 - $87
Top Requirements:5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting large-scale IAM transformation programsStrong experience with requirements gathering, BRDs, and functional/design documentationExcellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skillsPlusses:Experience with enterprise IAM domains (identity governance, access management, directory modernization)Experience leading workshops and facilitating cross-functional design sessionsExperience in change management and adoption for large transformation initiativesExperience with UAT planning, execution, and coordinationExperience in regulated environments or financial servicesJob Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Support and drive enterprise-wide IAM transformation initiatives (identity governance, access management, directory modernization)
- Partner with leadership, security teams, and architects to align IAM strategy with business objectives
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops across business, IT, and security stakeholders
- Develop high-quality BRDs, functional requirements, and solution design artifacts
- Maintain traceability across requirements, design, delivery milestones, and adoption outcomes
- Act as central coordination point across stakeholders for IAM initiatives
- Develop communication plans, meeting summaries, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Support executive-level reporting and steering committee communications
- Drive change management activities including impact assessments and adoption planning
- Assist with UAT planning, including defining test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate testing cycles, issue resolution, and business sign-off processes
- Identify risks, dependencies, and assumptions throughout the program lifecycle
- Translate complex IAM and regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions
