MDM Change Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a MDM Change Manager whose primary focus is adoption, enablement, comms and organizational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a change management strategy for rolling out Customer Master Transformation
* Define and document: New MDM strategy, Data Stewardship Organization and Operational Model
* Create communications and -Customer Transformation- Marketing : What the Transformation Delivers, Why it matters
* Support training and enablement for: Data Stewardship Organization, Data Users / Maintainers
* Partner closely with value realization efforts to: Demonstrate impact, Support future funding requests

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven change management and communications experience
* Experience rolling out MDM or platform capabilities enterprise wide
* Ability to align process, tooling, and behavior change
* Data Transformation program experience strongly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
