Business Systems Analyst III

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III in Greenwood Village, CO.

Key Tasks:
*Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations
* Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems
* Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff
* Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues
* Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of experience
* Expert analytical approach to understanding and communicating data - programs, projects, status, etc.
* Strong ability to plan and prepare for organizational wide meetings (PI Planning, etc.)
* Strong ability to assess and document as-is and to-be processes within Software Development. Expertise in documentation management of collaboration sites a plus (Chalk, SharePoint, etc.)
* Strong collaborator and seasoned in developing and maintaining strong working relationships with leads, developers, testers, and other peer groups
* Strong communication skills both written and oral
* Highly detail oriented and self-driven

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
