Contract description

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to provide subject matter expertise.

  • Serve as the functional owner for Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring stable daily operations, issue resolution, and continuous service improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors/system integrators, ensuring clear communication and alignment across functional and technical teams.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements; manage enhancement intake, prioritization, and backlog while balancing operational needs and compliance.
  • Lead functional project and release management for enhancements, fixes, and minor initiatives, providing oversight of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Contact Center/Omnichannel capabilities, configurations, workflows, queues, and integrations.
  • Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate solutions prior to production deployment, and support change management, training, user communications, and reporting to meet contact center operational and leadership needs.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, case management, SLAs, queues, and omnichannel functionality.
  • Proven experience designing, configuring, and supporting Power Apps (model-driven and/or canvas apps) and integrating Power Apps solutions with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
  • Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), including backlog management, user stories, sprint planning, release coordination, and requirements traceability.
  • Experience supporting CRM Operations and Maintenance (O&M), including production support, defect management, enhancements, and system upgrades in an enterprise or public-sector environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading UAT, stakeholder engagement, change management, training, and performance reporting for customer service or contact center organizations.
