Role Summary

The Program Manager is a senior-level position responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple departments, including Quality, HSE, Operations, and Field Services within an oil and gas manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all programs and projects align with corporate objectives, optimize costs, and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards. The Program Manager serves as a key liaison among leadership teams and field operations to facilitate continuous improvement and program success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of cross-functional programs across Operations, Quality, HSE, and Field Services.
  • Ensure all initiatives are aligned with company strategic objectives, budget targets, and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to evaluate work scopes, identify inefficiencies, and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Establish governance frameworks to prioritize, track, and report on program performance and key metrics.
  • Drive standardization of processes and best practices across business units to improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Monitor program performance, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between executive leadership and field teams to promote cohesive project execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and operational excellence programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements applicable to operations.
  • Develop and maintain program dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and executive reports for stakeholder review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in program or project management within oil and gas, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE, Quality, Operations, and Field Service functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize costs, manage budgets, and track financial performance.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and program management tools is preferred.
  • Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a plus.
  • Availability to travel occasionally to operational sites.

Publishing Pay Range: $50.00 - $60.00

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
