RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Development Lead in New York, NY.

Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned Salesforce Development Lead to join our innovative and fast-paced team. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building scalable Salesforce solutions, mentoring developers, and driving impactful digital transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (with a focus on Case Management), Data Cloud, Agent Force, and more.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
* Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices
* Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
* Maintain and evolve Salesforce development standards, including documentation and version control
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Salesforce ecosystem

Salesforce Development & Integration:
* Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other tools
* Architect and optimize Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud
* Integrate Salesforce with telephony systems and external platforms using APIs and middleware

Technical Strategy & Innovation:
* Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices
* Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements
* Support CI/CD pipelines and agile development workflows

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
* Proven expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (especially Case Management), Data Cloud, and Agent Force
* Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data models, and performance optimization
* Familiarity with CI/CD and agile methodologies
* Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce automation tools
* Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
* Experience with telephony integrations and Einstein Analytics is a strong plus

Preferred Certifications:
* Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
* Salesforce Application or System Architect
* Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
* Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
* Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant (preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
