Summary

Veteran-Friendly Opportunity | Build a Hands-On Career in Technology

Why Join This Team

This organization stands out for its end-to-end approach to technology infrastructure, giving you exposure to the full lifecycle-from design and installation to ongoing support. Instead of doing repetitive tasks, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple systems and technologies in real-world environments.
This is a place where people start at the ground level and grow. Many team members begin in entry-level roles and advance into higher-level technical or leadership positions. If you're coming out of the military, your discipline, reliability, and teamwork will translate directly into success here.
What sets this opportunity apart:
  • Clear career path from entry-level to advanced technical roles
  • Hands-on training and mentorship (no need to know everything on day one)
  • Work on large, meaningful projects across multiple industries
  • Exposure to in-demand technologies like networking, security, and communications systems
  • A culture that values precision, accountability, and teamwork-skills veterans already bring

If you're looking for a mission-driven environment where you can build real skills, work with your hands, and grow a long-term career, this is it.

About the Role

We are hiring Entry-Level Technicians and Helper Techs, including transitioning service members and veterans, to support the installation and maintenance of technology systems.
This is a hands-on, active role-ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude, field experience, or military backgrounds in areas like communications, engineering, logistics, or equipment operations.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with running and installing network cabling (Cat5/6, fiber)
  • Help install equipment such as cameras, Wi-Fi access points, displays, and speakers
  • Support setup of security systems, AV systems, and communication equipment
  • Pull, route, label, and organize cables
  • Work as part of a team on active job sites
  • Use hand tools, ladders, and lifts (training provided)
  • Follow clear instructions, safety procedures, and installation standards
  • Keep job sites organized, safe, and mission-ready

Equipment & Systems You'll Work With

  • Structured cabling and network racks
  • Surveillance cameras and access control systems
  • Conference room and audio/visual technology
  • Wireless networking equipment

Basic Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Comfortable working in active environments (construction sites, buildings, etc.)
  • Ability to lift, climb, stand, and work with your hands throughout the day
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
  • Team-first mindset
  • Valid driver's license is a plus

Military Experience Welcomed

This role aligns well with experience in:
  • Communications / Signal roles
  • Engineering or construction units
  • Equipment operators
  • Maintenance roles
  • Any MOS/Rate involving hands-on technical work or teamwork

Growth & Career Path

  • Start as a Helper or Level 1 Technician
  • Advance into Level 2 / Lead Technician roles
  • Opportunities to specialize in networking, security, or AV systems
  • Potential pathways into project leadership

What You'll Gain

  • Real-world technical skills you can build a career on
  • Paid, on-the-job training
  • Exposure to multiple industries and technologies
  • A structured path for advancement

Why This Role Works for Veterans

  • Clear structure, teamwork, and mission-based work
  • Opportunity to transition military skills into a growing civilian field
  • Hands-on work environment similar to operational roles
  • Strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement

If you're ready to put your skills to work, learn quickly, and build a long-term career, apply today and start your next mission in technology.
