About the Role

We are hiring Low Voltage Technicians and Helper Techs to support the installation and maintenance of technology infrastructure systems. This is a hands-on role designed for individuals looking to start or grow a career in low-voltage, IT, or structured cabling.
No advanced experience required-just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work with tools and technology.

What You'll Do

• Assist with running and installing network cabling (Cat5/6, fiber)
• Help mount and install equipment such as cameras, Wi-Fi access points, TVs, and speakers
• Support basic setup of security systems, audio/visual equipment, and phone systems
• Pull, label, and organize cables according to project plans
• Work alongside experienced technicians on job sites
• Use hand tools, ladders, and lifts (training provided)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow instructions and learn installation standards

What You'll Work With

• Cabling systems and network racks
• Cameras, access control panels, and alarm systems
• Conference room technology and displays
• Wireless access points and basic networking hardware

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to use basic hand tools (drill, screwdriver, etc.)
• Willingness to work on construction sites or in active buildings
• Comfortable standing, lifting, climbing ladders, and working with hands
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Good attitude and willingness to learn

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.00/hr.
