About the RoleWe are hiring
Low Voltage Technicians and Helper Techs to support the installation and maintenance of technology infrastructure systems. This is a hands-on role designed for individuals looking to start or grow a career in low-voltage, IT, or structured cabling.
No advanced experience required-just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work with tools and technology.
What You'll Do- Assist with running and installing network cabling (Cat5/6, fiber)
- Help mount and install equipment such as cameras, Wi-Fi access points, TVs, and speakers
- Support basic setup of security systems, audio/visual equipment, and phone systems
- Pull, label, and organize cables according to project plans
- Work alongside experienced technicians on job sites
- Use hand tools, ladders, and lifts (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow instructions and learn installation standards
What You'll Work With- Cabling systems and network racks
- Cameras, access control panels, and alarm systems
- Conference room technology and displays
- Wireless access points and basic networking hardware
Basic Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools (drill, screwdriver, etc.)
- Willingness to work on construction sites or in active buildings
- Comfortable standing, lifting, climbing ladders, and working with hands
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
