Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional NPI teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Define and optimize manufacturing processes for new products.
- Develop and implement production control plans for NPI builds.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability and testability of new products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for NPI related issues.
- Manage and track NPI project timelines and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to interpret schematics, layouts, and manufacturing documentation.
- Strong understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes and test methodologies.
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD).
- Familiarity with common manufacturing test equipment and debug techniques.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) for manufacturing quality.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to script or automate tasks using Python or similar languages.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
