Pay Rate: $75–$90/hour (Depending on Experience)
About the Role
Russell Tobin is supporting the hiring of a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager on behalf of a leading global technology company. In this role, you will support partnership development and supplier engagement initiatives, contributing to relationship management, deal execution, and strategic collaboration.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is building a strong foundation in partnerships, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to or co-own the partner/supplier experience to ensure successful deal integration
- Negotiate and finalize partner and supplier contracts with guidance
- Execute on account plans to support partnership growth
- Pitch solutions and opportunities to partners and suppliers
- Resolve partner and supplier issues and provide ongoing support
- Co-develop partner strategy, including new partner and supplier prospecting
- Conduct partner research to identify opportunities for collaboration
- Collaborate on product and partnership strategy initiatives
- Track business and technology metrics to measure partner performance
- Generate insights, reports, and partnership performance updates
- Support business forecasting and opportunity planning
- Ensure strong brand and reputation management across partner engagements
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and suppliers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross-functional projects
