Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile coaching, Scrum delivery, and Jira tooling and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into actionable specifications to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Influence stakeholder strategy and facilitate solution envisioning to solve defined problems.
- Establish and maintain relationships with business and technology leaders across organizations.
- Lead cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy.
- Gather and document functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the business and technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.
- Assess impacts of application modifications and enhancements across the domain, identifying integration points and end-to-end design.
- Ensure application changes comply with bank standards and policies.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm changes meet requirements and support acceptance testing as needed.
- Assist users and development teams with testing, troubleshooting, test planning, and configuration of test solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and solutions.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to Agile best practices across teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Agile project delivery with hands-on Scrum Master experience.
- Agile coaching capability with strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience capturing and refining functional, non-functional, and technical requirements into executable specifications.
- Working knowledge of Agile tools, including Jira, for backlog management and reporting.
- Ability to perform impact analysis and support end-to-end solution design across integrated applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Program and project management experience across complex environments.
- Experience in financial services; SWIFT knowledge is a plus.
