Job Title: Continuous Quality Improvement Consultant (Product & Agile Transformation Coach)
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid/Remote as applicable)
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product & Agile Transformation Coach to support organizations transitioning from project-based delivery to a product-centric model. This role will focus on enabling agile and hybrid methodologies, driving continuous improvement, and embedding modern product and delivery practices across teams.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with leadership, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to guide sustainable transformation and foster a culture of agility and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams and leadership in transitioning from project-based to product-oriented delivery models
- Support adoption of agile and hybrid frameworks over traditional waterfall approaches
- Provide hands-on coaching to:
- Product Managers / Product Owners
- Delivery Managers / Scrum Masters
- Cross-functional technical teams
- Guide teams in defining and refining:
- Product vision, roadmaps, and delivery pipelines
- Outcome-driven planning and success metrics
- Backlog management and prioritization strategies
- Conduct assessments of current delivery practices and recommend improvement strategies
- Facilitate workshops on agile principles, product mindset, and team alignment
- Partner with leadership to align governance, funding models, and prioritization processes
- Establish delivery metrics and reporting frameworks
- Adapt agile practices for enterprise or regulated environments
- Promote servant leadership, continuous improvement, and team collaboration
- Provide ongoing feedback and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Product Coach, or Transformation Consultant
- Demonstrated success in project-to-product and waterfall-to-agile transformations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, business, operations, security)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Agile and Lean principles
- Product management practices
- Iterative and incremental delivery models
- Ability to coach at team, product, and leadership levels
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in complex, matrixed, or regulated environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large enterprise or public sector transformations
- Familiarity with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, or LeSS
- Experience with governance and funding model transformation
- Background in change management or organizational design
- Relevant certifications (Agile Coaching, SAFe, ICP, PMP, etc.)
