AI Adoption Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Philadelphia, PA that is seeking an AI Adoption Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
* Support internal communications related to AI initiatives and updates
* Share best practices and resources to encourage AI adoption
* Coordinate communities of practice and collaboration across teams
* Track AI usage, adoption metrics, and outcomes
* Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
* Support change management and user engagement efforts
* Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and awareness activities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in communications, technology enablement, or digital initiatives
* General understanding of AI concepts and business use cases
* Strong written, verbal, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working cross-functionally in a corporate environment
* Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Slack)
* Ability to analyze data and summarize insights

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
