Salary Range: $74,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test plans for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in manufactured products and systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Analyzing test data and generating reports to inform design and process improvements.
• Performing root cause analysis of failures and recommending corrective actions.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for test automation or data analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) or other quality methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, or other engineering documentation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting test results.
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., ISTQB, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer).
