Salary Range: $71,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test plans for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects in production systems.
• Collaborating with design and production teams to implement testable solutions.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Analyzing test results and generating comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Performing root cause analysis for failures and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the testing lifecycle.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in developing and automating test scripts using Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Experience with test equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for test automation and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or other quality methodologies.
• Experience with PLCs, industrial control systems, or robotics.
• Knowledge of data acquisition systems and sensor technologies.
• Background in a specific manufacturing domain (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices).
