Salary Range: $72,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• Analyze test data and identify root causes of failures.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to improve product quality and testability.
• Perform Gage R&R studies and maintain calibration records for test equipment.
• Document test procedures, results, and defect reports.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, C#).
• Ability to analyze test data, identify root causes of failures, and propose corrective actions.
