Salary Range: $76,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test systems.
• Analyze test data, identify trends, and generate reports on product performance and quality.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing defects.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Document test procedures, results, and equipment calibration records.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Ability to analyze test data, identify root causes of defects, and propose solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for test result interpretation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) testing.
