Test Engineer | Mason, MI

Salary Range: $73,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems using programming languages like Python, LabVIEW, or C#.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Experience with data acquisition systems, instrumentation, and statistical analysis for test data interpretation.
• Ability to design and build test fixtures and adapt existing equipment for new product testing.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Python, C#).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Minitab, R).
• Experience with vision systems or other automated inspection technologies.
