Salary Range: $70,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in East Lansing that are seeking Test Engineers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design and build test fixtures and automated test equipment (ATE).
• Analyze test data to identify root causes of failures and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure testability and quality.
• Document test procedures, results, and defect reports accurately.
• Perform calibration and maintenance of test equipment.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures within the testing process.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing automated test systems and equipment (e.g., LabVIEW, Python).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques for quality improvement.
• Experience with various testing methodologies, including functional, performance, and reliability testing.
