Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for leading and executing global network initiatives across a distributed enterprise environment. The Network Engineer will manage infrastructure projects, support location integrations, and help modernize the organization's WAN and network automation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead hardware refresh and replacement projects across 50+ global locations.
- Support and execute SD-WAN implementation initiatives, including the transition from MPLS to internet-based connectivity.
- Oversee network integration for new plant builds (greenfield), acquired locations, and warehouse facilities.
- Manage expansion projects for existing sites, including the deployment of additional network equipment such as switches, access points, and related infrastructure.
- Participate in network automation efforts to standardize provisioning and monitoring, potentially leveraging tools such as Port and Avanti Heat for configuration management and deployment.
