REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
5-year experience Jira administration, configuration, usage, and maintenance
5-year experience Confluence administration, configuration, usage, and maintenance
5-year experience configuring Atlassian products based on a business requirements document
2-year experience in creation and management of automated tasks and scripting
2-years Complex JQL filtering and custom dashboards
1 Successful migration or instance consolidation
Familiarity with additional Atlassian tools: Bamboo, FishEye, BitBucket, Requirements traceability, Git Integration for JIRA, Xray Test management
2-year experience implementing Jira and Confluence upgrades
PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
Experience documenting processes and procedures, runbooks, etc.
Experience configuring products based on a business requirements document
Experience with application monitoring and alerting
Experience in User Access Review to determine appropriate User roles and responsibilities
Experience interacting with enterprise change management processes, including presentation to a Change Approval Board
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Equivalent (4-years) related experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
No certification is required, however, relevant Atlassian certifications are preferred.
