About the Role
We're looking for a
curious, motivated Junior UX Designer to join our fast-paced, collaborative design team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer who's excited about
human-centered design, mobile experiences, and the future of AI in UX.
You'll work alongside experienced designers and cross-functional partners to shape intuitive, engaging digital experiences-primarily for
native mobile applications. Some UI experience is a plus, but a strong UX foundation and passion for learning matter most.
What You'll Do
- Apply human-centered design principles and frameworks (including the Double Diamond) across the full design lifecycle
- Design thoughtful, intuitive experiences for native mobile apps
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and legal partners to balance user needs with business goals
- Conduct and support qualitative user research (interviews, usability testing) and leverage quantitative data to validate design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Mural, and emerging AI-assisted design tools
- Explore and help integrate AI-driven experiences into product designs
- Participate in design critiques, team meetings, and feedback sessions to continuously improve design outcomes
- Support senior designers with research, analysis, and design documentation
What You Bring
- Solid understanding of UX and human-centered design methodologies, including the Double Diamond
- Experience designing for native mobile platforms (iOS and/or Android)
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Mural, plus strong sketching skills
- Exposure to user research methods and an interest in data-informed design
- A forward-thinking mindset with enthusiasm for AI in design
- Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking skills
- A portfolio demonstrating user-centered UX and UI work
- (School or academic projects are welcome)
