This high-growth technology startup is building the infrastructure to power the next era of vehicle commerce. Securely backed by top-tier venture capital and strategic industry investors, they are deploying a seamless, end-to-end platform nationwide. In just over a year, they have processed tens of millions in revenue, scaling rapidly from a fast-growing newcomer to a trusted partner for publicly traded OEMs and major dealership networks.

As a Founding Product Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to own the product's most critical surfaces. This high-impact role requires defining and delivering everything from consumer buying experiences on dealer websites to the core transaction engine and internal operations tools. You will navigate complex, compliance-heavy workflows across all 50 states while optimizing high-conversion user journeys, effectively setting the product bar for the entire organization as it scales.

Requirements
  • 3-7 years of product management experience at a product-led, high-growth technology company.
  • Strong design taste with a proven ability to ship polished, scalable products.
  • Experience working across both consumer UX and complex internal tooling.
  • Comfortable navigating high-stakes, regulated, and transactional systems.
  • Extremely "AI-forward," utilizing AI tools to accelerate workflows and decision-making.
  • Technical background (BS in Computer Science or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Lead product development across key surfaces, including high-velocity dealer websites and vehicle detail pages.
  • Own the core transaction engine, managing complex workflows for financing, compliance, and titling.
  • Build and refine administrative portals to ensure they are intuitive and tightly integrated with the platform.
  • Partner with engineering and design to define requirements and drive execution from strategy to API details.
  • Synthesize insights from dealers, OEMs, and internal teams into actionable product direction.
  • Ship quickly and incrementally, balancing immediate value with long-term architectural soundness.

The Offer This is an onsite role based in New York City, offering competitive compensation, meaningful equity, and full health benefits. The culture is fast-paced and collaborative, with perks including free meals and annual team offsites. The interview process is streamlined but rigorous, involving introductory calls with leadership followed by an onsite interview that includes live whiteboarding and meeting the wider team.
