Required Qualifications

Education: An undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience is required.

Experience: 5 or more years of industry experience as a technical program manager, project manager, or technical lead in data center or critical infrastructure environments. This includes 3 or more years working in data center environments such as operations, construction, commissioning, or critical facilities. Demonstrated technical writing experience with MOPs, SOPs, work instructions, or technical procedures is necessary, with writing samples required.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of data center electrical systems including UPS, generators, switchgear, busway, PDUs, and ATSs, along with electrical safety practices. Familiarity with electrical one-line diagrams, panel schedules, circuit verification procedures, and change management workflows is expected.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A proven track record of working effectively across different groups within an organization.
  • A record of successful delivery of technical procedures from conception through engineering review and site deployment.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with strong technical writing and program management skills.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
