Ad Sales Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Ad Sales Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of technology and business initiatives within the Ad Sales domain. This role requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery
Define scope, schedules, resources, and budgets
Lead program intake, prioritization, and requirement gathering
Track risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery across multiple programs
Provide status reporting, run meetings, and maintain documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Drive accountability and ensure alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
10+ years in technology program/project management
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Proficiency in MS Office and program management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing budgets and global teams
Familiarity with JIRA, Microsoft 365, and Smartsheet
Ability to present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences
PMP / PgMP / CSM certifications (plus)
