Overview

IRG Clients is is seeking a highly skilled Production Support Analyst / Technical Operations Specialist . This role is central to real-time system monitoring, incident leadership, production stability, and automation within a complex, integrated healthcare technology environment.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to maintain system health, ensure seamless data flow, and support smooth deployments—while mentoring team members and continuously improving operational maturity.

 

Required Skills

  • IBM DataPower, IBM MQ, MFT (Managed File Transfer)
  • Production Support & Technical Operations
  • Splunk monitoring and log analysis
  • EDI X12 transactions (270/271 preferred)
  • SQL and Linux troubleshooting
  • Production Issue triage (SEV 1, 2, 3, 4)
  • Incident Management using ServiceNow and Jira
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and SOP documentation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead real-time system monitoring and proactive incident response
  • Perform SEV 1–4 production issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution
  • Govern production deployments and ensure operational readiness
  • Troubleshoot MFT processes, MQ messaging, batch jobs, and EDI transactions
  • Perform Linux-based analysis, scripting, and automation to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and TennCare stakeholders
  • Develop SOPs, conduct root-cause reviews, and drive continuous improvement
  • Mentor team members and enhance operational best practices
