RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Product Manager 5 in Redmond, WA.

Summary:
This position is a combination of AI Product Manager and Technical Program Manager responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI, be technically deep in AI stack, and have demonstrated ability to work across a matrixed organization to drive impact. This position will be focused on enterprise contract management and transformation of operational and user experiences with AI.

Job Responsibilities:
* Deeply analyze and understand contracting business processes and identify opportunities for AI transformation
* Define and align scope with business stakeholders
* Write detailed technical AI features
* Partner closely with engineers to ensure successful and high-quality delivery
* Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
* Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
* Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred
* 10+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience
* 3+ years of experience building AI solutions
* Proven product management experience at enterprise scale
* Proven technical program management experience in a large matrixed environment
* Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
* Experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI
* Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
* Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
* Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
