Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid, onsite Monday-Thursdays and can work remotely from home on Fridays)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Developer to support multiple projects, including end-to-end seasonal product briefs. This role involves project support on a hybrid basis from the main campus. The position will collaborate directly with a small team and work cross-functionally with various other teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage comprehensive tech packs for product development.
- Develop and define detailed garment specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
- Utilize Adobe Suite and 3D software for design and development tasks.
- Support multiple projects and adhere to date-based deliverables for seasonal briefs.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience is required in product development, product design, technical development, technical design, or product creation.
Technical Skills:- Hands-on experience creating tech packs.
- Proficiency in developing garment specifications.
- Expertise with the Adobe Suite.
- Experience using 3D software.
- Excellent communication and cross-collaborative skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with knitting, particularly related to sock development.
- Background in soft goods, apparel, or footwear product development if knitting experience is not present.
- Experience with yarn product development.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $43.00 and $55.33 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
