Job#: 3031555 Job Description: Lead Sales Learning & Development Role Purpose- Support and deliver Sales Learning & Development strategy
- Enable business growth through continuous learning and capability development
Key Accountabilities- Support and execute the Sales learning strategy and curriculum
- Manage learning deployment operations (vendor management, participant tracking, communication, measurement, and reporting)
- Contribute to design and deployment of the Sales learning ecosystem (formal training + ongoing capability-building content)
- Lead design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning, including facilitation
- Build strong relationships with Sales teams to inform learning needs and approaches
- Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Communicate and align with stakeholders on strategic goals and objectives
- Partner closely with Event Planning, Global Sales L&D, and Geo Sales L&D teams
Deliverables & Decision Rights- Deploy Sales Training curriculum and continuous learning ecosystem for North America
- Design and deliver onboarding and training programs
- Track and optimize the business impact of Sales Training initiatives
Functional Competencies- Experience leading in-person and digital training programs
- Strong understanding of business environments and learning needs at all organizational levels
- Experience in corporate learning, talent development, and instructional design (multicultural environments)
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills; high cultural awareness
Software Proficiency- Proficient/Intermediate in: Keynote, Excel, Airtable, Campaign Monitor
