About the RoleAs a Software Engineer, you will provide technical expertise on large-scale, complex engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. You will serve as a strategic consultant, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive high-quality engineering outcomes while ensuring compliance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and experience solving multifaceted technical challenges that may involve unprecedented or intangible factors.
Responsibilities- Provide technical consultation on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives with broad business impact.
- Analyze and evaluate multifaceted engineering challenges across longer-term or enterprise-level projects.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of software engineering principles, processes, and compliance requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by assessing multiple variables, including ambiguous or unprecedented factors.
- Collaborate strategically with client and partner teams to plan, design, and execute engineering solutions.
- Ensure deliverables align with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or more of the following:
- Professional work or consulting experience
- Training or certifications
- Military experience
- Formal education
Additional Information- This role is a backfill position.
- Contract duration is 24 months.
- Hybrid return-to-office schedule: 3 days per week onsite.
