  • Architect comprehensive design strategies and technical analyses for complex bridge systems, overpasses, and diverse public infrastructure assets.

  • Drive the entire lifecycle of municipal and state-level transit projects, from initial scoping and environmental permitting through final execution.

  • Oversee rigorous field evaluations and structural safety inspections for regional transportation assets.

  • Synthesize compelling, highly competitive project bids and technical proposals to capture new business opportunities.

  • Direct comprehensive construction administration, including multi-party coordination, regulatory alignment, and rigorous fiscal oversight.

  • Maximize departmental financial performance by strictly monitoring project utilization, profit margins, and budgetary constraints.

  • Formulate and execute growth strategies to expand the market footprint of the corporate structural engineering discipline.

  • Elevate the firm’s industry profile through active leadership and representation in prominent civic and professional engineering societies.

  • Credentials: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a closely aligned technical discipline.

  • Licensure: Valid Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Pennsylvania is essential; holding a New Jersey PE credential is a distinct advantage.

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 to 20 years of progressive, hands-on expertise in structural engineering, with a proven track record in a leadership or managerial capacity.

  • Agency Savvy: Deep familiarity navigating the standards, protocols, and workflows of regional transportation authorities and state infrastructure departments.

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated success in business development, securing public contracts, and expanding client portfolios.

  • Leadership Prowess: Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management capabilities, with a history of meeting strict fiscal and contractual goals.
