Description:
As an Advisor Business Analyst, you will leverage technology to improve client outcomes, especially in healthcare. You ll work with teams to solve complex challenges and contribute to meaningful impact.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Coordinate business analyst team activities across IT projects
- Guide and support new team members
- Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical teams
- Define, document, and communicate business requirements
- Collaborate with clients to develop business specifications
- Analyze and recommend process improvements
- Validate and approve test results to ensure requirements are met
