Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Apptio Config Lead with strong expertise in Technology Business Management (TBM) and Apptio One ecosystem tools. The ideal candidate will drive IT financial transparency, cost optimization, and cloud FinOps initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Apptio One tools including IT Planning, Targetprocess, and Cloudability
- Implement TBM taxonomy aligned with TBM Council standards
- Analyze IT cost data from cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Perform data transformation, modeling, and validation using SQL/ETL processes
- Integrate with ITSM/CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Cloud teams for cost optimization strategies
- Support Agile delivery (user stories, sprint planning, backlog management)
Required Skills:
- Apptio (Apptio One Suite)
- TBM (Technology Business Management)
- SQL & Data Transformation (ETL/ELT)
- Cloud Cost Management / FinOps
- Agile Methodologies
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Exposure to consulting environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
