Job Title: Senior QA Automation Engineer (AI FIRST APPROACH)
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with an AI FIRST APPROACH to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Remote, Contract to Hire opportunity offers the chance to shape quality assurance practices across complex software environments while driving the development of scalable automated testing solutions. The selected candidate will collaborate with technical leaders, software engineers, and cross functional stakeholders to improve system reliability, strengthen release confidence, and support critical application enhancements. Success in this role requires strong automation expertise, experience working across multiple technology stacks, and a passion for delivering high quality software.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Senior QA Automation Engineer:
- AI first approach
- Design and implement scalable automated testing solutions that improve software quality, reduce manual effort, and support consistent validation across multiple applications.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies for complex platforms, including application workflows, system integrations, data processing components, and user facing interfaces.
- Integrate automated quality controls within continuous delivery processes to ensure reliable testing coverage before software releases.
- Analyze and validate data accuracy, migration processes, tenant specific configurations, and system behavior to identify risks and maintain application integrity.
- Partner with engineering teams and technical leadership to establish testing best practices, improve quality standards, and support stable product performance.
Qualifications and Skills for the Senior QA Automation Engineer:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience building automated testing frameworks from the ground up within enterprise software environments.
- Strong background testing applications developed with Node.js, TypeScript, .NET, and C#, along with experience supporting modern software development lifecycles.
- Experience incorporating automated test execution into CI/CD environments using platforms such as CircleCI or similar deployment and automation tools.
- Focus on AI driven technologies and intelligent automation tools, with additional experience in data sensitive systems, migration validation, multi tenant architectures, healthcare environments, or regulated industries preferred
