Summary

Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the execution of complex, cross‑functional technical initiatives in a fast‑paced product environment. This role requires strong technical fluency, disciplined execution, and the ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end‑to‑end delivery of technical projects across engineering and product teams
Strong Project Management expertise
Ability to influence and communicate at the VP+ level
Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans
Drive execution cadence and remove delivery blockers
Strong process / mechanism definition expertise
Partner with engineering to discover and manage technical risks and dependencies
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
Ultimately responsible for timely delivery.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program / Project Manager
Proven experience delivering complex software or platform initiatives
Strong understanding of:

Project management practices
Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies
Distributed systems and modern application architectures

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear execution plans
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to AWS cloud environments (architecture, migrations, or cloud‑native services)
Experience with top tech (FAANG) company as a strong preference
Experience working closely with:

Backend and frontend engineering teams
Platform, infrastructure, or DevOps teams

Familiarity with delivery and planning tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Experience in a contracting or consulting capacity
PMP, CSM, or similar certifications (nice to have)
