- Coordinate user engagement and feedback programs, capturing friction points from users and translating them into actionable insights for the product team.
- Deliver internal AI solutions end-to-end, such as automating release notes drafting, using generative AI tools; no extensive coding required.
- Compile, analyze, interpret, and present platform data and key metrics to the product team and leadership to inform decision-making.
- Develop platform communications including product updates, release notes, and newsletters, along with training and support materials that are clear and engaging.
- Monitor and support dedicated user channels, ensuring timely responses and converting support patterns into product insights.
- Assist with the AI Ambassador Program to support stakeholders with any pain points as they implement and use internal AI tools.
Required Qualifications

- A collaborative, low-ego working style; receptive to feedback and effective working closely with cross-functional partners.
- Proactive problem-solving orientation: anticipates next steps, identifies bottlenecks early, and does not get stuck.
Education:- Bachelor's Degree (any field of study).
