Business Analyst with Power BI

Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our team in Spring, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering actionable insights to drive operational success. This role involves leveraging analytical tools and methodologies to identify and address business needs effectively.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with call center teams to enhance customer service processes and identify areas for improvement.
Review and evaluate documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows and deliver results efficiently.
Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes.
Develop and present Power BI dashboards and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support the implementation of solutions by coordinating with technical and non-technical teams.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and strategic planning.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Power BI expertise.
Strong understanding of call center operations and customer service processes.
Proficiency in conducting document reviews and ensuring compliance with project standards.
Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management principles.
Ability to perform gap analysis and recommend effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, to create impactful reports.
